RETURNS POLICY

Cancellation  

You have up to 30 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and request a refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item(s) and you must return your items within 14 days of confirmed return/cancellation. It is not always possible to cancel your order before it has been packed and/or dispatched. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

If you return any products in accordance with our returns policy, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. For further details please email wilbans.uk@mail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our policy lasts 14 days from date ordered. Unfortunately any claims made after this time wont be valid for refund or exchange. Please include your full name, address and order number in your email.

Damaged items

Here at Wilbans all our items are thoroughly checked before leaving us to ensure our customers receive excellent quality items. If your item is damaged please provide photographic evidence.  We will look at the degree of the damage before making a decision. If we feel the item is still usable then we will not exchange. If you would like to return a damaged item then feel free to return it, however please note postage costs must be covered by yourself and you will be wholly responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We do not take any responsibility for any parcels which may go missing.

Disliked items

If you simply dislike the item then please contact us giving your name, address and order number explaining the reason for return and we will send you the returns address. Please ensure you do not open or use the product so that an exchange or refund can be given. We are unable to refund or exchange opened/used products. Please note postage costs must be covered by yourself and you will be wholly responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We do not take any responsibility for any parcels which may go missing.

Sale items

Unfortunately we do not accept refunds or exchanges on sale items.
